The price includes: rent of the entire villa for max. 8 people, electricity, water, waste disposal, a basket of firewood, detergents, toilet paper, kitchen towel, rowing boat with oars, campfire with grill grate, metal box grill, gas grill with its own gas bottle, snow work in winter.
The price does not include: bed linen and towels, hand towels, barbecue coals and lighters, motor for the boat, snow work on terraces and paths in winter.

It is not possible to rent a motor for the boat (electric or petrol) from us. The use of a boat motor is allowed on the lake.
